The Phantom Voice
the phantom voice
Ever since President Trump was elected riots and marches have been taking place all over America. Even celebrities have made it their mission to tell everyone how they feel about the election. Clinton supports are still fighting the election today. With everyone fighting the man that is supposed to keep the country together how will we stay united?
Celebrities nowadays are telling everyone how they feel about our new president. But guess what, I don't care about how celebrities feel about Mr. Trump! At award ceremonies, where famous people are supposed to talk about their movie and their success, they are talking about how they hate the president. People are paying good money to go to celebrities’s concerts not to hear what celebrities think about the new president. Zoe Saldana claims “We were trying to single out one man for all these things he was doing wrong… and that created empathy in a big group of people in America that felt bad for him and that are believing his promises.” She actually believes that the public are so weak minded that we would elect a president because we felt bad that Holly Wood was bullying him. Katy Perry at the 2017 Grammys talked about her hate for the president and she even wore an armband with ‘resist’ on it. She also took her time on the red carpet to talk about her political stance. Madonna tweeted at the Women’s March that she thought about blowing up the White House. She then claimed that it was a metaphor and that she isn’t a violent person. Yet she thinks about killing people and destroying a very famous building. So dear celebrities, please leave the president alone and let him do his job, I don’t want your opinion nor do I care about how you feel, thank you.
Riots and marches have become a very popular way of hating on the election and the president. Even before Mr. Trump was in office people were resisting and fighting. I’m done with people complaining and being sore losers. I really don’t understand what people are resisting. He’s the president, let him do his job to protect us instead of complaining about everything. Many Clinton supporters are going to riots and marches in order to show their dislike for the president. People that are against the president make up excuses and reasons why Hillary Clinton didn’t win. Supports of Hillary Clinton have even started to hate on his family. Even in places we don’t think political stances could get violent they do. A middle schooler was ganged up on by fellow classmates on their way to school on the bus. He was wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat to school. The people against President Trump are getting too violent and letting things get out of hand. Logan Arty, a nine year old from California, was asked to take off his hat because it was causing negative attention to be drawn to him from other classmates. He refused to take it off claiming that he could wear his hat as long as other students could wearing theirs. But he was more surprised by negative remarks from two adults who work at the school, including a teacher who blurted, “Thank God you can’t vote.” Even adults are picking on a young kid. The behavior of some Clinton supports is out of control and not a good example for the younger kids that are interested to the government.
The President will do his job if everyone just stopped complaining and fighting. Celebrities need to stop talking about how they feel and do what they are paid to do. No one wants to hear about the government at concerts or on award shows. Clinton supports need to stop fighting and arguing for five minutes. America needs to stay together as one strong country and people need to be able to push aside their differences in order to do so.
